Courses for Winter of 2011
Now may be the time to book courses in Northern Lights and Observational Astronomy for the winter of 2011. With the increase in sunspot activity, this is an excellent opportunity to visit starman and the old CNSC to experience the northern light. Note that the new building is up and nearly enclosed. See. http://churchillscience.ca for photos. When I left Churchill last February, we were at picture #12 with piers in place.
It is now certain that starman will be doing all courses in 2011 – both February and March. The February courses begin Feb. 3 – 8 and Feb. 10-15. The Feb. 10-15 Learning vacation course is sold out.
March courses begin March 3. The March 10 – 15 Elderhostle course is wide open. For details on courses, please visit the CNSC web. site.
